At Ypara, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our men's bracelets, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below, you'll find all the information you need regarding returns and exchanges.



Standard Return & Exchange Policy:

- 30-Day Return/Exchange Period: 
  You have **30 days** from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
 
- Condition of Returned Items:
  To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.

- Restocking Fee for Returns Due to Change of Mind: 
  For returns where there is no defect or error on our part, and the return is due to a change of mind, we will charge a **30% restocking fee**. This fee helps cover the cost of processing the return and restocking inventory.

**Exclusions:**

- **No Returns or Exchanges for Custom Items:**  
  Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any bracelet that has been specially engraved or customized per your request. Please review your custom orders carefully before confirming your purchase.

**How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:**

1. **Contact Us:**  
   Email our customer support team at **support@ypara.com** with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
   
2. **Return Authorization:**  
   Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where and how to return your item. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

3. **Refunds:**  
   Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, we’ll process your refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) within **5-7 business days**. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different design or size, simply follow the steps for returns. Exchanges are subject to availability and must also be made within the 30-day window.
