Ypara is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.


5. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed information on how to return or exchange your items. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Returns due to change of mind are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Custom-made or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. By placing a custom order, you agree to carefully review all customization details before purchase. Ypara is not responsible for errors in customizations made based on customer-provided information.
